I did a series of videos. I am not putting them up here (see karmamudra page) but this stands alone.
I am teaching on the book, "The Life and Teachings of Naropa", something I adore.
It is a general discussion of Tilopa and Naropa and some background. We focus on the karmamudra portion of the six (here 12 divisions) yogas, aka eternal delight. Guenther talks in his commentery on love and a feeling tone of bliss and emptiness.
I continued on with the theme of the Life of Naropa book. Guenther discusses the theme of knowing the feeling-tone. Bliss-emptiness or something with a bit more aggression (or ignorance or passion, but usually the point is aggression). Dreams are useful for this.
I work with the idea of how to handle the energy of intense pleasure and how to hang there and not run from it. Usually people try to end it too soon. It is a learned art to remain in the moment in intense pleasure which is remarkably similar to intense pain. Both are difficult to handle for very similar reasons. They are almost identical at a certain point.
